▲Existence After Life◄
I keep saying to myself I need more time to write about this. I know I have something inside I really need to get off my soul. I need to share it with someone.
I cannot find the time. Maybe I'm just stalling.
I guess there isn't really a manual on how to handle death and it's not my intent to write one. Just what I have learned. So far.
Sensing the pain of a loss. There are no words to describe nor to give comfort. I don't think the human brain will ever understand death. We only understand what we don't see but not what we feel. What we feel, what comes after, it is real.
I cannot find simple or complex words to transcend the trajectory of our human soul after the body expires. Where do we go after life? What happens to us? We need to go somewhere, someplace.
In life; as we think we know it, we always try to balance everything. We know there are things we cannot avoid. We have responsibilities, compromises, expectations we need to face and we know that if we don't, sooner or later we'll face the consequence of whatever we did or didn't do. We cannot escape the audacity and the divergence of our way of life, cultures that supposedly pursue the same thing yet are so apart from what should bring us together.
It seems that our essence, powered by our soul, emotions and thoughts; desperately wants to be freed from our slave way of life, the burdens we put on ourselves, our own selfishness and organism we need to feed daily, the patterns of prejudice and judgment we get pulled into, our body's natural functions and their side effects we normally hide behind the resources we take, our disappointments, obsessions, unpredictability; our broken hearts, all the things that keep us apart and being one and at peace with our creator. I do believe there's a space our essence travels to, where everything feels and really is what our spirituality longs for every single day we wake up inside our bodies and dreams every night, when we close our eyes and shut down.
Maybe we all go to that space after we leave the body, some people say we get recycled and come back in another form. I cannot prove them wrong. I haven't been there.
But what I can say is that death is not the end of our life. It's a new beginning and it is real. It is real as me right now, leaving and feeling these words. No matter how adventurous it sounds, if there's no continuance after life, then we don't exist.
Our essence can neither be re-created nor destroyed, it gets conveyed.
